[b][u]Harassment / Player Report[/u][/b] Reporter: Jones Reported: Aerakos / Zun / Peppa Date: 08/04/2020 Reason: Because of the demotion, Grim talked to other IMP and they went to aerakos and screamed at him. Aerakos sent a report for harassment because grim pm’d him with threatening sounding statments1. Jones tried to help, he went to grim and he responded by saying it wasn’t a threat but a statement. Jones and aerakos talked about what to happen, Aerakos shared grim’s PM’s without permission to other people (Zun and Peppa). I mean I said sorry to him for saying that but he said "sorry for what just go away" and I understand he's probably annoyed. Although He said lots more about me such as I'm a special snowflake and generally trying to get me punished in the end I did get punished I am now a rank lock for 3 weeks before Grim got demoted he went a told everyone I'm a Jordan 2.0 Proof = [color=#dcddde](PM) IMP Major 5619 Grim: everyone thinks zun is Jordan 2.0 and then went to turn everyone against me   (PM) IMP Major 5619 Grim: ahh i see what your doing now you werent gonna punish him at all cause hes that one special snowflake And About me not letting that ST go that is false I simply asked him if he wants to join 50th and telling him what we do and then they budge in ( Grim / AC ) and start saying let the ST out give him space and all I was trying to do was explain 50th and when I finished I did move out of the way. This part was my fault but I switched to FT (Flame trooper) to show the ST but I didn't ask for perms so he went to arrest me I said wait and changed back but he came straight to my bunks to arrest me.   From Zun[/color]  

I am going to leave my side on the 50th bunks bit as I was a witness and the person in the bunks at the time I was invited into the 50th bunks by Zun, as I went in Peppa had jokingly said "Join 50th" repeatedly as a joke (He and I clarified it was a joke). Grim at the time tried to get me out of the bunks whilst ordering Peppa to leave me be, at the time Zun did not see any of what was going on and was more focused on stopping Grim walking into his bunks without permission. Time now passed and I leave the bunks, and Zun tells the Commander not to trespass into his bunks again, Grim proceeds to yell back at Zun (Which was unneeded at the time) and the situation got much more heated. Then the argument went into LOOC and after a misunderstanding (Zun disrespects Grim in OOC) Zun is arrested and tries to clarify what he was being arrested for and was not informed on why he was arrested until staff showed up.  In conclusion to my statement, Zun was telling the truth, Grim did raise his voice extremely loud at Zun, which was quite unneeded. Especially when it was zun who was also trying to defend his trooper like Grim was. I cant really give a comment on the rest of the report as it is not my position to do so, but there is my side to the story. Please note nothing in this statement is biased, and I am just giving my side of the story.

From my experience with Grim in the past, I'm thinking most of this report is exaggerated or taken out of context, this is reminding me a lot of the Mutty situation:  During an event, we were breaching a building and Mutty ordered Grim or wolf as he was known as at the time, to group up with the GM but wolf was persistent with working with the 212th (Unauthorised by Mutty) and after a few orders, Mutty started getting impatient and yelled at wolf to get over here, wolf kept arguing back with mutty and provoking him. So Mutty raised his voice by quite a bit, and Wolf left the squad and ran back to base crying. He took the whole situation out of context and got him and other people to NI (I mean, completely out of context) and had people like the 212th report mutty, and begged the NC to order Mutty not to punish wolf WHEN HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN. And after like 4 visits to NI, Mutty was kicked and blacklisted. I see another situation like this happening if Grim is taken seriously in this scenario. Not trying to start a fight just giving an outsiders input.

Right, I'm gonna throw my side along, regarding the "PM"s that I shared which I can when someone's trying to blackmail me ooc, and besides that Zun apologized and even got rank locked as a punishment for lying, and he accepted the punishment but grim decided to make a big deal out of it and try to cause a ruckus.You say according to jones, in In-Character jones wasn't even related to the story he's a DT who was supposed to guard the door, the people who had complaints were brought up and everyone spoke their piece regarding Shadow/Grim.

I am Also gonna say something here I can confirm that Grim did in fact do those PMs and even Said it in a Discord call I warned him but he proceeded to do it anyways, So from this point Grims Punishment has been justified by his action that took place. But Also from Grims story from which I was told by him did also give me more information on Zun and what had taken place. Zun did swap to FT without perms but he should have accepted the Arrest for that and this would have never happened. But sense Zun had swapped back it caused confusion and led to some heated emotions from Grim which resulted in his actions in which he was wrong but so was Zun at the same time. So Both Partys are to be punished as they have been and no more unless any further evidence says other wise. Problem has been solved no more argueing about it or it will lead to more punishments that are not needed this gose to every one even though I have no power to enforce this I think most of the Staff can agree with this statement. ( I support Nether side currently as both partys are guilty from the evidence that I can gather, I have only given you what I know in the simplest way possible)  

As Bushy stated above, the situation is over. Both sides got their punishments. Unless new proof comes out, I think this has been resolved. Grim was demoted(pre-situation) and justified it. Zun is promotion locked for 2 weeks I believe. When it comes to Aerakos sharing PMs I understand the frustration coming from Grim but, the "threats" were not in place. I will talk to Aerakos about that. PMs should not be sent out to anyone, unless needed for evidence in a case - and would still remain private(person-staff).
