Terms Of Service




Rules

  1. No homophobic, racist and sexist slurs/graphics.

  2. The is based around serious RP, however, if less than 10 people are on and it is before or after the hours of 11:00AM to 9:00PM are on then it is considered downtime and RP becomes semi-serious. (This changes if an event happens)

  3. If someone has NITRP (No Intention to Roleplay) then they will be given a chance to play the server, however if they start interfering with other peoples RP they can be punished accordingly. Breaking RP(IC) rules multiple times will be classified as NITRP.

  4. Metagaming - Your character may not use information beyond their knowledge. This includes (but is not limited) any form of revenge killing, or demoting.

  5. Do not complain about a staff member's decision in chat or in game, do it in the "Report Staff" category in the forum.

  6. Do not avoid punishment in any means, take responsibility! IC LTAP(In-Character Leaving to avoid punishment) includes (but is not limited) any form of job changing, suicide. OOC LTAP(Out-of-Character Leaving to avoid punishment) includes (but is not limited) to leaving the server.

  7. Staff member's word is final. Even on rules not explicitly stated here.

  8. Any encouragement of other players to violate the rules will result in an equal or greater punishment.

  9. Random Deathmatch (abbreviated to "RDM") is when a player randomly kills another player(s) without valid RP reason. KOS Trainings are not to be punished.

  10. 1Random Arrest (“RDA”) means arresting players without a valid RP reason.

  11. Do not misuse chat sections. OOC(Out-of-Character chat: “//“ or “/ooc”) used for out-of-character chat. LOOC(Local-Out-of-Character) used for near, local out-of-character chat. Any other chats are IC (In-Character) and will be treated as such.

  12. Voice chat is always In-Character.

  13. Do not break “NLR” - New life rule. This includes (but is not limited) coming back to an area you died within 5 minutes of your death time. Or having knowledge you shouldn’t know if you have died.

  14. Do not use any Cheats/Exploits/Glitches/Hacks. If you found any bugs/glitches do not exploit them, tell staff about it!

  15. FailRP is an event surrounding an action that your character commits that is not probable. Ex. Such as talking in comms after being stripped.

  16. Do not impersonate any staff members. This includes staff or not.

  17. Use common sense.

  18. Using a Voice Changer is not allowed unless granted by senior staff.

  19. Not reading/knowing the rules does not exempt from punishment.

  20. Alt accounts are not allowed unless granted by senior staff.

  21. Advertising of any form is not tolerated!.

* Breaking any of these rules will result in a punishment.

PAC3 Rules

  1. Do not use PAC to give yourself an advantage.

  2. Your PAC must be according to your character - Ex: Use only weapons that are in your loadout.

  3. Use common sense, do not overuse PAC - Reasonable amount of props/items/entities

  4. No music or sounds effects.

  5. You may not use/add any robotic/metalic adjustments/parts to your body unless granted by Senior Staff.

  6. Text is not allowed unless part of a hologram.

  7. No player size or color editing - Only Darth Vader is allowed to scale.

  8. Do not use the PAC editor to spy other places. You're to only be within a close range to your body.

  9. Kama is allowed for MJR+

  10. Cape is allowed for LT Colonel+, Admirality+ in Naval Fleet and Directorate+ for ISB.

  11. You're only to use PAC for the character that is supposed to. If you have 2 jobs - only the one allowed to(by rank).

  12. If you gained access to PAC but got removed/demoted from appropriate rank you are not use it until you've reached the allowed rank again.

  13. You may only use animations/actions that fit your character. Prone/Crouch action/animation is not allowed.

  14. You may be asked to disable your PAC at any time - Staff say is final.

* By breaking any of the PAC3 rules you are eligible for a PAC3 Access revocation.

Order Cancellation

By placing an order you are agreeing to the order cancellation restrictions, after purchasing an item you, have until the payment is processed before these restrictions are put in place. Processed is defined when an automated message is sent to your forums account stating your purchase has been successfully completed on www.recreogaming.mistforums.com. After this event we reserve the right to deny any cancellations or refund requests given to any of our support team members despite the reasoning.

Product Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke any of your purchases if you have exceeded the warning threshold (3). If your purchase has been removed you will be notified within 48 Hours, if you need to know the reason why then you can ask the rank of admin+. We reserve the right to deny people from requesting an appeal for their rank.
